I bought another GroVia shell so here’s Miles modeling the version with snaps. Just two snaps here, but they’re good snaps and well placed.

These aren’t the greatest photos, for which I apologize, but it’s almost impossible to get pics of the boy these days. He always tries to grab the camera and then things rapidly devolve into a tantrum so I am always either sneaking up on him or quickly backing away from him as I shoot.

I’m still a big fan of GroVia. They work well with the snap-in organic inserts and just as well with prefolds in a newspaper fold arrangement, although I do have to use my smaller prefolds (as compared to the ones I use with Flip covers). I like the mesh lining, which absorbs excess moisture but dries very quickly.

I like the fit, since Miles is getting to be soo skinny that we’re having fit issues with some of our other diapers (like Flip and FuzziBunz, specifically). These fit a skinny baby well. The only drawback I haven’t mentioned before is that cleaning soft/runny poop out of the gusseted inserts IS a bit of a nightmare. I still like them though. For the record my husband finds GroVia a little “intimidating” (his favorite is Charlie Banana).
